ABOUT GROUNDED MIND
Grounded Mind is a state of mind and a peaceful place that I, Chantel, learned to achieve after dealing with vestibular migraine since 2021. After suffering from dreadful symptoms such as vertigo, brain fog, and tinnitus, I learned to understand why they started and how to change the way I viewed them. By making a few life changes, I was able to get to a place where I could live a normal life again.
I am now in a position where I want to help you through coaching services. My approach focuses on empathy and practical strategies, drawing from my own experiences to support you on your path to grounding your mind. I aim to build a community and provide services for individuals suffering from vestibular migraine symptoms, creating resources that help them heal through the power of implementing safety into their everyday lives.
