

ABOUT GROUNDED MIND
Grounded Mind is both a mindset and a peaceful space one that I, Chantel, discovered after struggling with vestibular migraine since 2021. I experienced vertigo, brain fog, tinnitus, and chronic dizziness, but by understanding the mind-body connection, I learned how to retrain my brain and shift my response to these symptoms. Through this approach, I was able to find long-term relief and regain a normal life.
Now, I want to help you do the same. As a vestibular migraine coach, I offer 1:1 coaching focused on mind-body healing, somatic tracking, and overcoming chronic symptoms. My goal is to provide practical strategies and compassionate support, helping you build resilience and develop a sense of safety in your daily life. I also create resources for vestibular migraine recovery, guiding individuals on their journey toward symptom relief and long-term healing.
