I’m Chantel, and back in 2021 I found myself in exactly that place, navigating a world shaped by vestibular migraine. I battled vertigo, tinnitus and brain fog until I realised the turning point, the connection between mind and body. By retraining my brain and shifting how I responded to my symptoms, I reclaimed a life where dizziness no longer defined me.

Now I’m here to walk that path with you. As a vestibular migraine coach specialising in mind-body healing and somatic tracking, I offer 1:1 sessions that build resilience, calm your nervous system, and help you change your relationship with symptoms.
